Girls, what does it mean when a girl says "hot from---"...?

Soo... if she's shy,, it would be an excuse not to make eye contact and have a deep conversation... i used to be like that, and i always turned to my phone in awkward situations, maybe she just isnt that confident. she's probably somewhat interested in you though, because she wouldnt have the need to not make herself look like an idiot, henseforth, keeping her mouth shut and looking at the phone, however, if she weren't into you, i dont really think she would care what you thought of her. && the hot from the side thing, maybe just means you're ugly from the front.. like maybe your eyes are spaced too far apart or something idk... but i mean what would make you say that about another girl.... obviously, if she was hot from the side of her face... but not from the front directly lol sorry to be so blunt... but i guess thats what you get on yahoo answers
