Where can i buy the herbal essence tousle me softly?
so i looked online and target or sally's doesnt have it ; walmart is the only place where they sell it but it comes in a " bundle " which is the shampoo , conditioner & the mousse but i just want the mousse , do you know where i could get just the mousse ?
