Should I just ignore our relationship like he has?

Been with my bf for 3 years, things have been bad for about the past 7 months. It all stemmed from a guy who liked me 7mos ago and I was not interested but he interfered with our relationship and my bf never seemed to get over it (almost as if he couldnt handle the fact someone else liked me or wanted me). Anyway I thought we had moved on and we have been wanting to book a summer holiday for next year (or so I thought). My bf then drops a bombshell on me telling me he has spent his holiday savings on a four day weekend trip with the boys to watch boxing for his birthday at the start of nxt year. I did not even get an invite!! I have been offered to go on a month exchange trip to spain next summer with college and I first declined for our holiday but I feel like signing up to do it now and not bothering with our holiday or him?! what should I do?
