This is a common problem with this vehicle. The problem is your plock sensor, located on the back side of the ignition switch. It is not a big job to replace, Labor time calls for 1.5 hours and the plock sensor and then a plock relearn procedure has to be performed! To the poster that doesn't understand the operation of the pkey II system! (performing the relearn procedure will NOT fix the problem! The next time the sensor sends an inconsistent voltage to the module it will do the same thing again. The intermittent no start/ 10 minute wait and start complaint is ALLWAYS the plock sensor and will be accompanied by a plock code B2960.
