Head Hurts, I Keep Throwin Up Everything I Eat, And I Keep Breathing Hard HELP ME! :(?

Im shivering my head hurts my stomach hurts and everytime i eat or drink something i throw it all up, this happened today morning and i feel WEAK and dizzy! I can't sleep because of this, tell me what this is and how can i treat it PLSS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(
