My yahoo mail will not come up. it say's can't display this web page. the internet is working.?

check internet connection, or go to the tools menue and check the advance tab to see if the SSL TLS are enable, which they are. But when I click on the email on yahoo it still won't come up. I need help on this matter thank you.....LRD
