Was robin hood good or was he just a mobster?

Think about it. He had him self a crew. He stole from the crown. He laundered gold by giving it out, but probably charged ridiculous interest and began to shark the towns citizens for food, weapons, and other goods. I say robin hood was the english folklore of mobsters. Him and his merry men. I bet little john was his number 2.
