Dog trouble i need help how do you?

ok so my dog is a german sheppard mutt. i got her about three years ago. i figured out yesterday where she did her business when she didn't feel like telIing me to let her out. ugh its horrible i can hardly breath i got all the pee out and im certain but how do i get the smell out? i tried baking soda pet style i tried Fabreeze and it only lasted about two hours :( what should i do?
