Anyone know of a good pregnancy-based manga?

I'm 20, and I'm pregnant with a little girl. I'm looking for a romance based manga with a pregnancy as the main story point. I've read Bitter Virgin, but I'm not satisfied. I would like some supernatural/magical elements to the story as well. I've already read Ceres, so it doesn't count. If you know of one, can you please tell me and a small description of the storyline?
