Can I upgrade the video in a Sony Vaio NR110?

I'm thinking about getting one of these but it's got a medicore video chip and I want to do some video editing with it. I know it's got an Intel dual-core processor and 1GB RAM and the video piggybacks off the system memory so I'm thinking it should be OK for amateur-level movie making, but I don't want to shell out the cash if I'm going to be real disappointed. I also found a deal on a used Dell M70 Mobile Workstation that's about 2 1/2 years old but has a real good video chip (at least it was tops then). Any advice for me? Thanks.
