I have been receiving email from " Dave Bernard Director, DELMAS CI - CMA CGM Group/Fiduciary Management"?

he claims i had won some cash and he wants to send me so but for the procedure he wanta $315 as a processing charge, isnt it spam?? has anybody idea !!!
