What is the correct way to pronounce jus li?

Hello everyone, I just graduated from culinary arts school, and I'm out on my externship. My boss also went to culinary school. However, his was a different school than mine. We've had our first disagreement on the pronunciation of the word "jus li". I looked it up and found many examples of the accent "", including"pat, latt, canap, saut,Velout, pure, caf....."the list goes on. I presented this evidence to him but he wasn't satisfied. Can anyone prove that the correct way to say jus li is zhoo lee ay, and not zhoo lee? I've looked it up for the past two days and have no concrete evedence. If anyone has a link with the pronunciation I would deeply appreciate it. What i've found so far is fond li (fone lee ay) this isn't good enough for him. Thank you all ever so much.
