Is my foot internally bleeding?

Well i used to have a calluse on the bottom of my foot. its was at the ball of my foot, later on i got a dark red spot that looked like blood. then i used those things to get rid of calluses and now i decided to wear my sandals to school and i had to walk to and from school its probably a 2 mile walk and on my way home my foot felt irritated at the bottom were the calluse is supposed to be so i washed my feet when i got home and noticed there was a big red spot that looked like blood under a medium thick layer of skin..?? whats wrong? what should i do? what are some at home remedies i could use???
