Could i still get a scolarship?

im in 9th grade its basically been mayhem for me. iv gotten in big trouble twice. i got sent to an alternative school but they said they would wipe it off my record if i dont ever come back then i got 3 days oss and 3 days iss that same year. Im not a usual trouble maker just did really stupid things. My grades are mainly A's and maybe a B. I play football and run track(very good track athelte) and am hoping for a scholarship for track. Could that still be possible for me or no? and also do colleges check 9th grade?
