What kind of cleats do you recommend?

Im in the market for new cleats. I play lacrosse so I am looking for one with decent spike arrangement. I broke my foot a couple years ago and now have a screw in it so I have to be a little concerned about my support and comfort so that it doesnt tweak it. My old pair is the Nike Speed D Mid (molded) and I want something similar to them. I need something with the cushion but doesnt sacrifice the weight (Im looking for a lighter shoe..those weigh in at about 12.6 oz and I am looking for something around that weight). Football cleats or lacrosse ones are fine. Any pricing is good but Im trying to be as frugal as possible. Thanks for the help!
